For partners

Your clients trust you. Send them somewhere you'd trust too.

You serve local business owners, and sooner or later they ask you about their website, Google, or why ChatGPT doesn't seem to know they exist. You can send them to me, or have me build for them under your brand. Either way, they get the same care I give my own practices, and you keep the relationship.

Who this is for

You don't need to know anything about websites. You need clients who own local businesses and want to be found.

Practice-management coaches

You fix the systems inside the practice. I make sure new patients can find it.

Chiropractic consultants

I've practiced since 2013, so I speak your clients' language and know what a new-patient week feels like.

Associations and groups

Give your members a resource you've checked out, with clear terms and no surprises.

Bookkeepers and accountants

You see where the money goes. When marketing spend isn't working, you'll have someone to send them to.

Insurance and payment partners

You already handle part of their back office. Add a trusted name for the front door.

Other agencies

Offer websites, local SEO and AI visibility without hiring for it, or refer out the work you don't do.

Two ways to partner

Pick the one that fits how you work. Your terms go into a short written partner agreement before your first referral or project.

Model 1

Referral partner

[X]% of your client's first year, or a flat fee per signed client

You make the introduction. I do the work. You're paid when your client signs and pays.

  • You get your own partner link to my discovery form
  • Choose your model: [X]% of what your client pays me in their first 12 months, or a flat [FLAT FEE] for each client who signs
  • Paid on what your client actually pays, on the schedule in your partner agreement
  • Your client pays my standard prices. Your fee comes out of my side and is never added to their bill.
  • With your client's OK, you'll hear from me when they book, sign or decide not to
Model 2

White-label

Partner pricingyou set your own price

I build and tend sites under your brand. Your client works with you, and I stay behind the scenes.

  • Websites, migrations, local SEO and AI visibility, delivered under your name
  • Drafts and monthly reports carry your brand, not mine
  • I bill you at partner pricing, agreed in writing before your first project. You decide what your client pays.
  • Your client still owns their domain and site files, the same as every Glasshouse client
  • I can join a call as part of your team when it helps

Not sure which fits? Choose "Not sure yet" on the form, and we'll work it out on a short call.

How referrals are tracked

Simple enough that you never have to wonder whether a referral counted.

1
You get a linkIt looks like drbenglass.com/discovery.html?ref=yourname. Share it by email, text or in your newsletter.
2
The form records youWhen your client opens it, your name fills a hidden field on the discovery form and arrives with their answers. If they come back later on the same device, it's still there.
3
I confirm itI email you within one business day of a referral coming in, so you know it's logged.
4
You get paidWhen your client signs and pays, your fee is recorded and paid on your agreement's schedule.

Nothing is hidden from your client either: the form shows them who referred them. If they lose the link, they can write your name in the "Anything else" box, and I'll credit you the same way.

What your clients get

The same path every Glasshouse client follows, starting with three free steps. Nobody gets a lesser version because they came through a partner.

  • A free discovery, consult and visibility exam across Google, Bing, Maps and AI answers
  • A written plan with one clear recommendation, theirs to keep either way
  • A fast website they own, built once or grown month by month
  • Strategy from someone who runs a business, included in every package
  • Direct access to me, not a ticket system
  • An honest answer if they don't need me

A website is a garden, not a brochure

Your clients don't get a site that's built once and left to grow weeds. Every month it gets new pages, fixes and better visibility, and it always sounds like them. That's what keeps them happy, and it's what keeps your name looking good for sending them.

How I protect your relationship

Your clients are your reputation. Here's what I promise in writing.

I don't go around you

Your client came to me through you, and I treat it that way for as long as I work with them.

I stay in my lane

I won't pitch your clients a service that competes with yours. If you coach them on operations, my strategy stays focused on their website, search and marketing.

White-label stays white-label

My name doesn't go on their site, and I don't contact them as Glasshouse. I won't take on your white-label clients directly without your written OK.

Their information stays private

I never ask for patient or customer health information, and I don't add your clients to any marketing list without their permission.

Who you'd be sending them to

I'm a chiropractor and an owner first. Every system I offer your clients is one I built and use in my own practices.

Apply to partner

Tell me who you serve and how you'd like to work together. I read every application and reply personally within one business day.

Applying doesn't commit you to anything. If it's a fit, we'll have a short call, and then your terms go into a written partner agreement.
