Same sources, same method, every month, so a change in the numbers means something changed in the real world.

Calls and directions come from Google Business Profile. Visits come from Google Analytics 4. Rankings come from Search Console. Nothing is estimated.

Read them as trends

Local numbers move with seasons, holidays and Google updates. One month is a data point. Three months is a direction.

ChatGPT and Google's AI can give different answers to the same question. I ask the same question the same way each month and record exactly what I see.
